Game 4 of the Stanley Cup Finals is tonight and the St. Louis Blues will be out to even the series with the Boston Bruins. St. Louis knows a loss would put them on the brink of elimination, and it would make the Blues’ task extraordinarily difficult. Two of the three remaining games after tonight will be in Boston, so Game 4 is a veritable must-win for St. Louis.

The St. Louis Blues just announced that Vince Dunn will return for Game 4 tonight. Dunn has missed the last six games after being struck in the mouth by a puck in Game 3 of the Western Conference Finals. He has seven points in 16 games this postseason.

Oskar Sundqvist is back in the lineup tonight for the Blues. Sundqvist was suspended for Game 3 after his hit on Matt Grzelcyk in Game 2, and emotions will likely run hot not long after he returns to the ice. Grzelcyk missed Game 3 and will miss at least tonight’s game as well.

Craig Berube is frustrated with the officiating thus far in the Stanley Cup Finals. It’s a small sample size, but the Blues have averaged 11.33 penalty minutes per game in the Stanley Cup Finals compared to 6.32 penalty minutes per game in the first three rounds. Boston has been deadly on the power play throughout the postseason, so those extra opportunities have hurt St. Louis.

Phil Kessel still has the juice, but inquiring teams should first assess the personnel they plan on putting around him .. https://t.co/DjIKWmk3OS

Phil Kessel is still the hottest name available on the trade market. Rumors have been buzzing about where Kessel will end up next season, but he has a partial no-trade clause that includes 3/4 of the teams in the NHL.
