Miami’s Chris Lykes put together a good game, leading both teams in scoring with 16 points on 5-for-13 shooting.

After the Hurricanes won the lone game against the Fighting Irish last season, 77-74, these teams will go head-to-head for the first time this year. Miami had a much better turnover percentage (11.1 vs. 16.9). Notre Dame, meanwhile, did a terrific job of making free throws (11-14; 78.6 percent).
