World Cup Lines:  ESPN will be televising the match between Bosnia-Herzegovina and Argentina on Sunday.  Argentina is heavily favored to win Group F while Bosnia-Herzegovina is the second choice. This could be the toughest match for Argentina in the group stage.  The Argentine team is led by Lionel Messi while the Bosnia team is led by Edin Dzeko.  Here is a look at the match and World Cup predictions.

Argentina -220, Bosnia-Herzegovina +650, Draw +360, total 2.5

The goal line has Argentina laying one goal at -129.

Argentina

This team is one of the favorites to win the 2014 World Cup. They will be making their 16th World Cup appearance and they have two titles, in 1978 and 1986. They have one of the top players in the world in Lionel Messi and anything less than a win on Sunday will be considered a failure.  Argentina has not done much in recent World Cups as they have not made it past the quarterfinals since 1990 and Messi has been a bust in previous World Cups. This is a huge World Cup for Messi and Argentina. Messi is joined up front by Gonzalo Higuain and Sergio Aguero. They are going to need to score because Argentina’s defense is suspect.

Bosnia-Herzegovina

This will be the first appearance for this team and they are not without a chance to make a big first impression. They have a really good player in Edin Dzeko from Manchester City and they were very impressive in qualifying, losing just once. This team plays an attacking style so we should see some goals on Sunday.  Dzeko is joined by Senad Lulic, Zvjezdan Misimovic and Miralem Pjanic.  And Bosnia comes into this match with no fear of Argentina. “We will be against one of the favorites in Argentina, but we have the expertise to challenge them,” Pjanic said, “We do not fear anyone because we believe in our chances.”

World Cup Predictions

I think both teams will have a lot of scoring chances so I will go over the World Cup lines.
