The George Washington Colonials (3-8) will attempt to snap their five-game losing streak when they meet the Harvard Crimson (4-5) at Lavietes Pavilion. The game is scheduled to start at 2 p.m. ET on Saturday, December 22, 2018.

George Washington Colonials at Harvard Crimson ATS Prediction

The last time the Colonials played, they were topped by the Stony Brook Seawolves, 77-74. Stony Brook’s turnover percentage was their biggest strength over George Washington. The Seawolves had a rate of 12.8, while the Colonials posted a mark of 19.5. Arnaldo Toro played well for George Washington, finishing with 13 points and 11 rebounds.

The Crimson defeated the MIT Engineers in their last contest, 78-66. Harvard had a much better effective field goal percentage (0.618 vs. 0.425). MIT, on the other hand, did a terrific job of making free throws (15-19; 78.9 percent). Chris Lewis was the game’s high scorer with 20 points on 9-for-11 shooting from the field.

The Colonials won the only contest against the Crimson last season, 58-48. George Washington had a much better effective field goal percentage (0.472 vs. 0.333). Harvard, on the other hand, had a much better offensive rebounding percentage (33.3 vs. 21.2).

Half-court execution will be of utmost importance when two of the country’s slowest-paced teams go head-to-head. Harvard ranks 280th in possessions per game (67.7) and George Washington is 278th (66.3) dating back to the 2017-18 season.
