It will be a battle between Hor opponents when the Youngstown State Penguins (9-16, 5-7 Hor) welcome the Green Bay Phoenix (12-12, 6-5 Hor) to the Beeghly Physical Education Center. The game is scheduled to get underway at 6 p.m. ET on Saturday, February 9, 2019.
