The Golden State Warriors cruised to a 3-1 lead in their second-round series with the New Orleans Pelicans Sunday afternoon. Draymond Green had a solid, typical Draymond outing, scoring eight points and adding nine assists and nine rebounds in the 118-92 beatdown.

During the game, one Pelicans fan took things too far in expressing his anger on Twitter.

The comedian later apologized to Green, but it appears he has since deleted his account.

After the game, Green was asked how he would respond to the tweet. His answer was thoughtful.

“If he feels the need to do something like that about basketball then I feel bad for him,” Green said. “Making death threats, talking about life. I just pray he gets the help that he needs.”

How GSW Won

The Warriors got a monster performance from Kevin Durant, who racked up 38 points on 15-for-27 shooting and added nine rebounds, five assists, one steal, and one block in 36 minutes of action. The Warriors jumped to a 37-22 lead in the first quarter, and though the Pelicans threatened to close the gap several times, Golden State was in control of the ball game from wire to wire.

MVP candidate Anthony Davis led the Pelicans with 26 points and 12 rebounds.

New Orleans’ season will be on the line when the teams square off for Game 5 Tuesday at 10:30 p.m. EST at Oracle Arena.
