Kansas City Royals at Chicago White Sox Betting Preview 08/19/18

The Kansas City Royals are set to take on their divisional rival Chicago White Sox at Guaranteed Rate Field. NBC Sports Chicago will broadcast the matchup and the game is scheduled to get underway at 2:10 p.m. ET.

Vegas is listing Chicago (-145) as the favorite over Kansas City (+135). Gamblers are able to bet on the game’s total with odds posted at -120 for over 9.5 runs and even money (+100) for under 9.5. The game’s runline odds stand at -160 for picking the Royals +1.5 runs and +140 for the White Sox -1.5 runs.
