Denver Pioneers vs. Gonzaga Bulldogs Betting Prediction

The Pioneers will be hoping for similar success after beating the Maine Black Bears in their last game, 63-50. The Pioneers had a better free throw rate (0.151 vs. 0.103) and had a much better turnover percentage (13.5 vs. 19.3). With 18 points on 6-for-13 shooting, Ronnie Harrell Jr. was the game’s high scorer.

In the Bulldogs’ last outing, they easily got past the Idaho State Bengals, 120-79. The Bulldogs had a much better free throw rate (0.429 vs. 0.129) and had a much better turnover percentage (7.5 vs. 16.5). Rui Hachimura was the game’s high scorer with 33 points on 13-for-18 shooting from the field.

The high-octane offense of Gonzaga (first in the country with an offensive efficiency of 124.7) will go head-to-head against the porous defense of Denver (297th in the NCAA with a defensive efficiency of 108.2). The Bulldogs should have the advantage on that end of the court.

Brandon Clarke and Hachimura have played at a high level over the last five games for Gonzaga. Clarke has averaged 0 points per game. Not to be outdone, Hachimura has recorded 0 points a game during that span.
