Former Michigan coach John Beilein decided to leave NCAA and agree to a five-year deal to become the Cleveland Cavaliers head coach. Beilein, 66, led the Michigan Wolverines to four Big Ten tournament and regular-season titles and two Final Fours in the previous 12 years at their helm. He will replace Larry Drew who finished the season with a 19-63 record so the Cavaliers will have a 14 percent chance to get the No. 1 pick in the 2019 NBA draft lottery.

The Phoenix Suns forward Josh Jackson was arrested at the Rolling Loud music festival in Miami Gardens, Florida, and he’s charged with resisting arrest and escape. Jackson wanted to enter the VIP area without a proper pass, and this is not the first time he attracts the attention of the court.
