The Miami Marlins will travel a few hours up I-75 to play the Tampa Bay Rays at Tropicana Field. Fox Sports Sun is in line to broadcast this interleague matchup and the game gets going at 7:10 p.m. ET.

Oddsmakers have listed Miami (+150) as the underdog to Tampa Bay (-160). The total sits at 7.5 runs and bettors can take the over for -105 and the under for -115. Bettors can also wager on the game’s spread with the current runline odds sitting at -145 for the Marlins +1.5 runs and +125 for the Rays -1.5.

The Marlins are only 41-57 SU and are 53-45 against the spread (ATS). They’ve accumulated 3.7 units for moneyline bettors, despite having lost 2.0 units ATS. Miami has covered the spread five times in its last seven games and the total has gone over in four of those seven. The Rays, on the other hand, are 49-47 SU and 55-41 ATS. The Rays will send righty Nathan Eovaldi (3-4, 4.59 ERA) to the mound. Eovaldi has 45 strikeouts and eight walks to his credit, as well as a 0.98 WHIP. Eovaldi is 0-0 with five strikeouts and a 3.00 ERA in one start against Miami this year.

Tampa Bay’s pitchers have allowed 4.0 runs per game overall this year as a unit. Its starting pitching staff has an ERA of 3.80, a WHIP of 1.19 and a strikeouts-per-nine of 8.8. The bullpen has a 3.65 ERA, 1.21 WHIP and 8.1 K/9.

Tampa Bay’s hitters are putting up 4.2 runs per outing, including 6.7 per game over its last 10 games and 7.8 per game over their last five. The team has hit .337/.384/.541 over its last five matchups and is 2-3 SU during that span.

The Rays’ hitters have been led by third baseman Matt Duffy and catcher Wilson Ramos. Duffy is slashing .317/.371/.413 with four home runs, 27 RBIs and 33 runs scored, and Ramos has produced a line of .297/.346/.488 with 14 homers, 53 RBIs and 30 runs scored.
