It will be a battle between Big 12 opponents when the West Virginia Mountaineers (9-12, 1-7 Big 12) welcome the Oklahoma Sooners (15-6, 3-5 Big 12) to WVU Coliseum. The game will air on ESPN2 at 12 p.m. ET on Saturday, February 2, 2019.

Oklahoma Sooners at West Virginia Mountaineers ATS Prediction

The last time the Sooners played, they were blown out by the Baylor Bears, 77-47. Baylor’s effective field goal percentage was their largest strength over Oklahoma. The Bears had a rate of 0.632 (above their season average of 0.505), while the Sooners posted a mark of 0.309 (below their season average of 0.512). Kristian Doolittle was the game’s high scorer with 12 points on 5-for-12 shooting.

The Mountaineers got blown out by the No. 20 Iowa State Cyclones in their last matchup, 93-68. Iowa State was successful at getting to and converting from the charity stripe. The Cyclones made 29 of their 33 free throws (87.9 percent), while the Mountaineers were just 8-13 (61.5 percent). Lamont West had a good performance for West Virginia, leading the team in scoring with 24 points on 7-for-10 shooting.

West Virginia had a much better turnover percentage (12.8 vs. 18.9). Oklahoma, on the other hand, did a great job of converting from the charity stripe (17-19; 89.5 percent).
