Utah Jazz at Sacramento Kings Betting Prediction

Last season, Utah finished the regular season with a record of 48-34, which earned them the five seed in the Western Conference. They reached the Conference Semifinals, where they were defeated by the Houston Rockets in five games. Sacramento, meanwhile, was unable make the playoffs following a 27-55 regular season campaign.

The ineffective offense of Sacramento will face off against the elite defense of Utah. Last season, the Kings ranked 29th in offensive efficiency, while the Jazz were first in defensive efficiency. The Jazz figure to have the edge on that end of the court.

Last season, the Jazz were 48-34 straight up (SU) and 42-46-5 against the spread (ATS). Just over half of Utah’s games finished over the O/U total.

The Kings, on the other hand, owned records of 27-55 SU and 40-39-3 ATS last season. Unlike Utah, games involving Sacramento finished under the O/U total 56.1 percent of the time.

The Jazz won all three contests against the Kings last season. In the last game, Utah won 103-97. Utah did a terrific job of getting to and converting from the charity stripe (31-38; 81.6 percent). Sacramento, meanwhile, had a better turnover percentage (12.4 vs. 14.2).
