The San Diego Padres are traveling west to take on their divisional rival San Francisco Giants at AT&T Park. The game gets underway 10:15 p.m. ET and Fox Sports San Diego is in line to showcase the matchup.

Bryan Mitchell is getting the nod for San Diego. The right-handed Mitchell (1-4, 6.16 ERA) has recorded 31 strikeouts in 64.1 innings so far. He’s 0-2 with six strikeouts and a 7.88 ERA against San Francisco this year (two starts).

The Giants are putting the ball in the hands of lefty Derek Holland (7-8, 3.57 ERA), who has 165 strikeouts and 63 walks, as well as a WHIP of 1.26. Holland is 1-0 with 19 strikeouts and a 5.49 ERA over four starts against San Diego this year.
